SMCare was formed in 1997 to primarily provide support to a family member when no service could be identified. During this time Scenario Management has provided support to other individuals and have built strong links with community services, local authorities and health professionals and has been serving the Lancashire community since 2004.
We specialize in looking after individuals that have profound learning disabilities, and our staff offer a quality and reliable service you can count on.
Scenario Management specialises in emergency placements and people who are deemed to be in crisis with a 100% success rate.

Now we provide quality accredited training both internally and externally.
Our support workers are qualified in Health and Social Care, QCF Levels 2 through to 5. We offer bespoke training in the areas of complex needs, severe autism and challenging behaviour which is delivered by qualified teaching staff who are based on site.
